He was educated at Fontys Conservatorium in Tilburg and is a very versatile musician who feels just as at home in a band as in a large orchestra. He is part of the permanent line-up of VanDryver, Cast Glass and VONK.
Next to this, Reggy is also active in theatre productions and regularly works with symphony orchestras and professional wind orchestras. He created his project DOTT at Intro in Situ's Music Lab in collaboration with VIA ZUID.
In his career, Reggy van Bakel has already gained a lot of experience in contemporary music and
pop crossovers. Now he focuses on working with and composing analogue electronic music. He currently does this as a Music Hub Brabant resident under
supervision of Intro in Situ.
At Sports-house Intro, Reggy found the perfect location for the first work-in-progress presentation of his residency last August. This experience provided him with valuable feedback to build along with!
