Dutch artist Rianne Wilbers, who makes the leap from the structured world of classical music to the cross-genre world of alternative pop-rock and multimedia art, now embraces the personality of RHIANNIN and works on her niche as a multidisciplinary artist in the current digital era.
For an ever-growing group of people, not a day goes by without using technology. Although this enables us to achieve fascinating feats, it also has its downside. More and more people are ending up in burnouts and suffer from depression and loneliness. This theme is central to Bodylanguage, RHIANNIN's debut album. Through this album, she aims to challenge both herself and listeners to attune more closely to their own bodies in order to understand their own body language better.
For Bodylanguage she works as a vocalist with her band, consisting of Frank Wintermans (drums), Timon Koomen (guitars), Jornt Duyx (keyboards, bass guitars and guitars). Bodylanguage presents an eclectic musical journey through many musical styles such as; contemporary classical, jazz, alternative pop and rock.
