A laboratory for the collective misuse of objects. That is how Institut Füer Feinmotorik describes itself. This group is known for transforming turntables into instruments. In doing so, they use everything except the records for which they were originally intended. The result? A slowly accelerating locomotive that carries you through a landscape of experimental chit-chat and vague promises of industrial techno, noise and Aphex-like glitch.
They are supported by SERENA, who creates immersive soundscapes blending aggressive noise with atmospheric textures, dub-style loops, distorted guitars and guttural vocals.
